The rooms need to be updated ,carpet needs to be replaced ,the overall halls also need the carpet replaced , the location is the best they got , the Lobby is Good looking and clean , but ones you take the elevators is like you are in a Different Hotel .
The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear your neighbor's conversation, their TV, the noise from the street, the kids in the hall. But, the location is worth it. Everything is within walking distance. Great shopping and dining in Barrio Antiguo nearby.
The location was perfect, everything was really close, and that makes The Uber service cheap, also the rooms are really cozy and comfortable and have a comfy couch where u can sit and watch tv, and a desk. The service is really great and employees are very polite. The breakfast is really good for the price. I just disliked the fact that my room's heater wasn't working correctly, but everything else was great.

The air conditioning works well, everything clean and in good condition. There's a fridge, microwave, TV, safe, coffee machine with coffee. I just chose a standard double room. A nice gentleman from the hotel also took my things to my room for me!
I didn't know that you have to use the key pass to turn on the light. It would have been nice for them to let me know that ahead of time. There was a random tower on the chair when I arrived. It was comfortable enough for the night. Decent price.
The rooms are big, clean and has microwave, minifridge and a locker too. The front desk also arranged a taxi for us when we had an early morning appointment. But the room service was not always readily available, probably due to COVID-19. However, I was satisfied with the overall service.
The location of the hotel is excellent, with safe surroundings and plenty of places to visit nearby. However, my experience started poorly. Despite booking a standard room, I was placed in a secondary room overlooking a tiny interior patio. Arriving at midnight was also frustrating since the main entrance was closed, and my taxi dropped me off at the wrong hotel next door. Initially, staff refused to change my room, claiming I was on an executive floor. After insisting, they eventually moved me to a room with an exterior window, which made my stay much more comfortable. While the location is great, the initial service and room allocation need improvement.
